Activa Resources AG reports on recent bond offer
Bad Homburg, 16th December 2010. Activa is pleased to announce a
significant take-up of the recent voluntary offer to Activa's bondholders
to exchange their existing bondholdings into a new Activa Resources AG
2010/2014 8 % bond with a total yield of 9.25 % p.a. New bonds (WKN:
A1E8Q9, ISIN: DE000A1E8Q94) totaling EUR 1.92 million have been subscribed
and will be issued shortly. The new bonds and the cash payment will be
booked to investors accounts in the coming week. Trading in the new bond in
the Open Market segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange will commence
before year-end.
