Closing of the Agreement between IMMOFINANZ Group and Constantia Packaging
B.V.
In a notarial deed dated 19 May 2010 IMBEA IMMOEAST Beteiligungsverwaltung
AG, a 100% subsidiary of IMMOFINANZ AG, agreed to purchase Aviso Zeta Bank
AG (previously CONSTANTIA PRIVATBANK AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT) under certain
conditions precedent. One of the most essential prerequisites, that Aviso
Zeta Bank AG cancels its bank concession, has now been reviewed and
approved by the financial market authorities.
Now that all prerequisites for the legal conclusion of the transaction have
been met the agreement between the IMMOFINANZ Group and Constantia
Packaging B.V. can go into effect as of today: the IMMOFINANZ Group becomes
herewith the sole owner of Aviso Zeta Bank AG which will operate under the
name 'Aviso Zeta AG'.
