Gossan Appoints Chief Financial Officer
March 28, 2014 – Gossan Resources Limited (GSS-TSX.V & Frankfurt/Freiverkehr & Xetra – WKN 904435) has appointed Robert Suttie as the Company’s new Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Suttie currently works with Marrelli Support Services as its Vice President. He possesses almost 20 years of financial reporting experience, ten of which were in public accounting prior to his tenure with Marrelli Support Services. Mr. Suttie specializes in management advisory services, accounting and the financial disclosure needs of the group's public client base. In addition to managing the group's financial-statement and disclosure team, Mr. Suttie also serves as Chief Financial Officer for other junior mining companies, leveraging his skills and experience to become integral to these reporting issuers.
The Company sincerely thanks Mr. Carmelo Marrelli for his years of service as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer.
Gossan Resources Limited is engaged in mineral exploration and development in Manitoba and northwestern Ontario. It has a well-diversified portfolio of properties hosting gold, platinum group and base metals, as well as the specialty and minor metals, vanadium, titanium, tantalum, lithium and chromium.
