Steltix expands into South Africa
After successfully opening an office in the UK, Steltix has now opened an office in South Africa
(PresseBox) - With their vast experience and strong reputation in the global Oracle JD Edwards market Steltix provides a very strong offering to the local Oracle JD Edwards market in South Africa.
Teaming up with Fritz Hölscher, the founder of REO Consulting that was acquired by EOH in 2009, Steltix believes that it offers a fresh approach to South Africa and hopes to help revive a struggling JD Edwards market. "Steltix is one of the biggest Oracle JD Edwards partners in the world. They are totally dedicated to JD Edwards and are passionate about the products." Says Fritz Hölscher, Managing Director of Steltix South Africa. "One thing that struck me is how many similarities there are with REO - the focus is on people and adding value to their customers. I am very excited with the opportunity to work with Steltix."
South Africa also provides a very strong resource pool of experienced consultants that will assist Steltix with their service offering to the European market. "It is currently not that easy to find qualified resources in some parts of Europe, but at the same time seasoned consultants are available in South Africa." says Jan Jaap Weerstand, director of Steltix. "That obviously forms a unique window of opportunity to setup an offshore operation in South Africa. We have been using South African developers on a number of our projects and they really are top-notch." Steltix can now offer a number of JDE resources available to work on all types of modifications, additional functionality or enhancements for Oracle JD Edwards.
