4. Mango Prepaid MasterCard: one of the exceptions, carrying some of the lowest fees in the industry. Customers don't pay interest on these cards, but they also don't report to credit bureaus.
5. Digital FCU Secured Visa Card: one of very few no annual fee secured cards on the market, and it has a low interest rate to boot: currently, the APR is just 11.5%. The card has no balance transfer or cash advance fee, and it also doesn’t charge you a higher interest rate for cash advances.
6. Navy Federal Secured Card: issued by Navy Federal Credit Union, comes with an APR as low as 8.99% and no annual fee. Cardholders also earn a point for every dollar they spend, which they can then redeem on merchandise or gift cards.
7. The USAA offers a low-interest, lowish-fee secured card to those in the military. Membership is open to active military members and veterans, as well as the spouses, widows and widowers, and children of USAA members.
8. Open Sky Secured Visa Card: it boasts a low interest rate and requires a typical deposit of $200 to get a credit line of up to $3,000.
9. First Progress Platinum Prestige MasterCard Secured Credit Card: one of the best credit cards for bad credit . Cardholders can receive a credit card without submitting any application or paying any processing fees.
