Saturn Minerals Inc. Retains FronTier Merchant Capital Group for Investor Relations
April 10, 2014, Vancouver Saturn Minerals Inc. (TSX.V: SMI) (FSE: SMK) (Saturn or the Company) is pleased to announce that it has engaged FronTier Merchant Capital Group ("FronTier") for Investor Relations Services. FronTier is an experienced and reputable Investor Relations group with a home office in Toronto, Canada. FronTier will assist the Company by increasing market awareness for Saturn utilizing a number of financial market communications initiatives. The core of which will be facilitating in-person introductions for Saturn with institutional and retail brokers and investors in a number of cities across Canada, the US, Europe and Australasia.
Under the terms of the engagement, FronTier has been retained for a 12 month period at $5,000 per month plus direct expenses.
FronTier and its principals have also recently subscribed for a total of 634,000 units of the Company at a price of $0.15 per unit in the Company's recently announced Private Placement (see news release dated March 24, 2014).
