Kampac International Plc Undergoes Corporate Restructuring

Kampac International Plc, London, the holding company of Dubai based Kampac
Oil M.E. FZCO, is undertaking a fundamental corporate restructuring to
ensure full corporate transparency and to safeguard the interests of its
legitimate shareholders. Until 14th January 2011, Kampac International Plc
was listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Symbol: A55; ISIN:
GB00B5BPSV53; WKN: A0YEKV).
Following its reverse takeover transaction in April 2010, Kampac
International Plc experienced adverse trading activities in its shares. To
protect its shareholders, a fundamental corporate restructuring has become
imperative and necessary. Over the past six months, Kampac International
Plc has re-aligned itself by engaging new advisors and new management.
Former directors such as Preston Shea and Jeff Lyons have resigned from the
board and are no longer associated with the company. Kampac International
Plc is healthy and on par for growth, the company's chairman Charles Ampofo
confirms, and audited accounts for 2010 will shortly be made available.
Kampac International Plc emphasises that past irregular trading activities
have not been initiated by the company and were beyond its influence.
However, as part of its corporate restructuring Kampac International Plc
will develop economic solutions for its private investors. Private
