Unterschleissheim near Munich, January 21, 2011, - IC Immobilien Service
GmbH, an IC Immobilien Gruppe member company, just signed a lease over
1,518 square metres in office and logistics space in Frechen on behalf of
the closed end real estate fund BBV 16. The lease term extends over five
years and includes a renewal option. The entire floor area was rented by
Gecco Scene Construction Company GmbH, a contractor based in Cologne.
Gecco specialises in the implementation of designs in the areas of trade
fairs, set construction, interior fit-out and event decoration. The
company's planning and construction competence is rooted on many years of
experience in handling projects inside and outside Germany.
The transaction was masterminded by IC Immobilien Service GmbH, the
decentralised asset and property management company of IC Immobilien
Gruppe. The company will operate on the market as IC PropertyOne Asset und
Real Estate Management GmbH in the future.
