JK Wohnbau AG: Increase in free float of JK Wohnbau shares

In order to boost its shares' free float and satisfy continued demand from
institutional investors for larger blocks of JK Wohnbau AG shares, JK
Wohnbau AG, together with HPI, has requested that quirin bank partially
suspend the so-called soft lock-up on behalf of existing shareholder HPI.
The soft lock-up is a prohibition on sales with a requirement to seek
approval for exceptions, and was agreed at the time of the IPO. HPI is
prepared to make a sale of its shares. quirin bank has granted its approval
to the suspension, and has placed the share stake among institutional
investors at a price close to the market price. JK Wohnbau AG's free float
rises to approximately 40% as a result of this measure.
quirin bank AG managed the transaction as bookrunner.
