All for One Midmarket AG: Preliminary 3-Month Results for Financial Year
2010/11
Preliminary results for the period 1 October to 31 December 2010:
- Sales: EUR 22.5 million (+12% over Oct - Dec 09)
- EBIT: EUR 1.4 million (+40% over Oct - Dec 09)
- EBIT outlook of approximately EUR 3.4 million for 2010/11 confirmed
Filderstadt, 1 February 2011 - All for One Midmarket AG, a leader in the
German-language SAP midmarket segment, today published its preliminary
results for the period of 1 October to 31 December 2010.
The SAP full-service provider improved sales revenues by 12% to EUR 22.5
million (Oct - Dec 2009: EUR 20.1 million). Recurring revenues from
outsourcing services increased 12% to EUR 8.5 million (Oct - Dec 2009: EUR
7.6 million). The ongoing market success achieved as this important segment
expands not only reinforces the strategy of being a one-stop shop for SAP
in the midmarket segment, but also highlights its remarkable potential.
Consulting revenues declined 3% to EUR 8.4 million EUR (Oct - Dec 2009: EUR
8.6 million). The sharp jump in licensing revenues, which rose by 53% from
EUR 3.3 to 5.0 million in 3-month comparison, was the result of contracting
numerous projects for new clients, whose need for consulting support as the
year progresses is expected to be reflected in an increase in consulting
revenues.
The EBITDA after 3 months was EUR 2.2 million (Oct - Dec 2009: EUR 1.9
million). The corresponding EBIT totalled EUR 1.4 million (Oct - Dec 2009:
EUR 1.0 million), which led to an EBIT margin of 6.2% of sales (Oct - Dec
2009: 5.0%).

machinery manufacturing, automotive supplier and project services
industries. Our good business performance is, however, attributable to our
generally strong end-of-year business. I am pleased to reaffirm our
previously announced projection for the financial year 2010/11 of an
increase in revenues in the mid-single-digit range and an EBIT of
approximately EUR 3.4 million«.
