COMPAREX acquires Mexican IT solutions company PERIFEL
(PresseBox) - As part of its strategic international growth plan, the global IT service provider COMPAREX has acquired the leading Mexican IT firm PERIFEL. This acquisition opens the Latin American market to the COMPAREX Group, which is now operating subsidiaries in 31 countries. The acquisition agreement with PERIFEL was signed yesterday. The Mexican organization, employing more than 70 professionals, will continue to operate under the existing management and established brand, PERIFEL.
