Ziel' Shopping Centre in Hennigsdorf

Unterschleissheim near Munich, February 15, 2011 - IC PropertyOne Asset und
Real Estate Management GmbH, a company of IC Immobilien Gruppe, will handle
both centre management and property management of the 'Das Ziel' shopping
mall in Hennigsdorf near Berlin. In charge of the management mandate, which
commenced on February 1, 2011, according to contract, is the Berlin branch
office of IC Group, which also manages the 'Q 205' retail venue in downtown
Berlin. Technical staff of IC PropertyOne deployed directly at the property
serve as contact in addition to a dedicated Center Manager.
Located in the town centre of Hennigsdorf, the shopping mall has a daily
footfall of about 8,000 shoppers, and comprises a gross retail area of
10,540 square metres. The floor space spreads across three storeys and is
used by a combination of retailers, convenience stores and various
gastronomic units. It is intended to intensify the floor space utilisation.
Tenants of the mall also include leisure venues, such as a cinema and a
bowling alley.
The contract also puts the Berlin branch of IC's company IC PropertyOne
Consulting GmbH, a letting specialist whose letting team operates across
Germany, in charge of letting currently vacant floor areas. Moreover, a
holistic letting concept is being developed in close coordination with the
mall's proprietor.
