GRANDE PRAIRIE, AB - Wednesday, February 23rd, 2011 - GRIT INTERNATIONAL
(3GR1:F) announced that the company has engaged several market leading
consulting teams to assist the company in its goal of returning value to
current and future shareholders.
The teams will assist the company in key areas such as market awareness,
acquisition and expansion strategies and advisory services. Several members
of the consultant teams assisted GRIT during its successful spin-off of
Texas Petroleum Inc. (6TP.F), www.texas-petroleum.com.
Lawrence Zeiben, Chairman and CEO of GRIT International Inc. stated, 'Our
goal is to build GRIT into a billion dollar international conglomerate
focused on the key areas of precious metals, oil&gas, and clean energy.
The team of consultants we now have in place are committed to GRIT reach
