Unterschleissheim near Munich, February 28, 2011 - A capital increase of
EUR 190,400.00 by way of contribution in kind, resolved by the Board of
Directors of IC Immobilien Holding AG (ISIN DE0005632160) at the date of
14th, September 2010, was registrated at the date of 24th, February 2011 in
the registry of commerce. The capital increase as part of authorized
capital (2006/I) was agreed by the Supervisory Board. After registration of
the capital increase the capital stock of IC Immobilien Holding AG rises up
to EUR 2,990,400.00; divided in 2,990,400.00 shares without a par value.
The contribution agreement was signed at the date of 14th, September 2010.
Subject matter of the contribution in kind are 25,344 of 25,600 company
shares (99 per cent) of PropertyOne GmbH, which firmes now as IC
PropertyOne Asset und Real Estate Management GmbH, based in Frankfurt am
Main. In addition to the issue of shares, IC Immobilien Holding AG paid a
cash component for the transfer of the company shares; the shares were
transferred to IC Immobilien Holding AG effective from 30th, September
2010.
With the Takeover of PropertyOne, IC Group's Assets under Management
increased by 30 %. For 2011 IC targets another 20% growth.
Due to this capital increase the percentage of international sharesholders
grew up to 50% which reflects also the international structure of clients
and IC's focus.
