(PresseBox) - The Digital Manufacturing System (DMS) from American Tec Co., Ltd. (Hongkong) has recently been honored with the EM ASIA Innovation Award in Shanghai. DMS is used by several Chinese electronic producers to optimize processes, among other things. Technologically, DMS is based on iTAC.MES.Suite from iTAC Software AG (www.itacsoftware.com), which is in turn built on the Java EE developing platform. The 9th EM ASIA Innovation Award was conferred at the Nepcon China 2014 in Shanghai. It honors new products, software and equipment published in 2013 and supports the development as well as the launch of innovations among Asian electronic manufacturers. Due to its excellent performance and the successful field use DMS from American Tec has received the desired award in the category "production management systems".
