Wick Hill appoints German branch director to main Group board
Helge Scherff has been appointed sales director to the main Wick Hill Group plc Board. This is in addition to his role as Geschaftsfuhrer (Director) for Wick Hill for the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).

Woking, Surrey: 8th August, 2014 - Helge Scherff has been appointed sales director to the main Wick Hill Group plc Board. This is in addition to his role as Geschaftsfuhrer (Director) for Wick Hill for the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).
Scherff has thirteen years’ experience with Wick Hill, having started in a technical role and progressed through the company to the position of sales director, prior to his appointment as Geschaftsfuhrer.
Scherff’s promotion follows another year of excellent growth in the DACH region for Wick Hill, with sales growth of over 40%. Ian Kilpatrick, chairman Wick Hill Group, said: “I’m delighted that Helge has accepted this role on the main Board. His skills in sales, and in new product selection in particular, will be of significant importance, as we move forward this year with significant sales growth targeted.”

Wick Hill is currently undergoing major reorganisation in the UK and Germany, to further build on continued organic growth.
Changes in the UK include a brand new, custom training centre, the appointment of a UK professional services manager to help maximise and grow Wick Hill’s training and professional services offerings, and an increase in the space made available to sales staff.
The UK expansion mirrors what is happening at Wick Hill in Germany, where Wick Hill GmbH recently moved offices in order to increase training capacity, and has also increased its professional services staff.
