The new IP69K option for BAR-lightings
(PresseBox) - TPL VISION creates a new IP69K option that perfectly fits its most renowned bar-format products.
Especially in the food industry where liquid and solid spatters are very frequent, as well as high-pressure washes specific IP protection classes are needed.
Laser 2000 provides the transparent protective tube IP69K of TPL VISION.
TPL VISION?s IP69K housing is a transparent tube which perfectly fits with its bar-format LED lighting products. It enables the integration of TPL VISION?s bars in wet environments, including thermal shocks.
The housing is made of 316L stainless steel and is able to withstand water temperatures up to 80°C (176°F). In addition, the LED housing - which is designed specifically for use in the food industry - features a smooth surface which prevents material accumulation, including bacterium. In addition, the housing avoids steam appearance during thermal variations and does not degrade the lighting power.
The IP69K Option helps to set led lightings on production lines submitted to intense cleanings, where liquid and solid spatters are frequent.
The IP69K option resists to washing pressure up to 100 bars and avoids steam appearance. Fully immersed, the IP69K option doesn?t degrade the lighting of TPL Vision?s bars. Thanks to the IP69K Option, power and homogeneity are perfectly preserved, for an optimized quality control.
