Colonia Real Estate AG: Appointment of two new Supervisory Board Members
Cologne, March 23, 2011. The municipal court Cologne appointed Dr. Lutz
Ristow, Hamburg and Torsten Cejka, Potsdam as new members of the
Supervisory Board of Colonia Real Estate AG (ISIND0006338007) as of April
1, 2011.
Dr. Lutz Ristow and Torsten Cejka were judicially appointed because
Stephan Lutz and Dr. Carsten Strohdeicher, two former members of the
supervisory board resigned from their position effective from March 31,
2011.
