Berlin, March 29, 2011 - YOC AG (Frankfurt, Prime Standard, ISIN
DE0005932735): When asked, Fidelity International explicitly confirmed
yesterday that the voting rights announcement in the name and on behalf of
FIL Investment Management Limited (published by us on March 28, 2011) is
merely a consequence of a change in the FIL corporate structure. The
companies Fidelity Funds SICAV, FIL Investments International, FIL Limited
and FIL Holdings Limited continue to be invested in YOC AG. We have not
received any further voting rights announcement other than the announcement
stating a proportion of voting rights amounting to 9.49 percent from these
companies in December 2010.
