Lightstream Confirms September Dividend

(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 09/15/14 -- Lightstream Resources Ltd. ("Lightstream") (TSX: LTS) is pleased to announce that our cash dividend for the month of September will be paid on October 15, 2014 to all Lightstream shareholders of record on September 30, 2014. The September dividend will be $0.04 per Lightstream share. The ex-dividend date is September 26, 2014.

Lightstream Resources Ltd. is an oil and gas exploration and production company combining light oil Bakken and Cardium resource plays with conventional light oil assets, delivering industry leading operating netbacks, strong cash flows and production growth. Lightstream applies leading edge technology to a multi-year inventory of Bakken and Cardium light oil development locations, along with other emerging resource play opportunities.
