Brigadier Gold Limited: Warrant Term Extension
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 09/15/14 -- Brigadier Gold Ltd. has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange for the extension of the expiry dates of certain warrants previously issued by the company.
The company previously completed a private placement on September 21st, 2012, of 1,950,001 units at a price of 10 cents per unit, where each unit comprised one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share at a price of 10 cents on or before September 21st, 2014. The new expiry date of these warrants that has been requested extends until September 21st, 2015.
