Capital increase fully subscribed
08.04.2011: The new shares issued to existing shareholders at a 14:1 ratio
as well as the subsequent private placement of Impreglon SE were fully
subscribed. Therefore the issue of 518.787 new shares has increased the
equity of the company to EUR 7,781,818.00.
In combination with the sale of treasury shares originally held by the
company a total of EUR 6.7 million are now available for the acquisition of
new coating sites and processes.
