AMD to Report Fiscal Third Quarter Results on October 16, 2014
(firmenpresse) - SUNNYVALE, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 09/18/14 -- AMD (NYSE: AMD) today announced that it will webcast its quarterly earnings conference call on Thursday, Oct. 16, 2014 at 5:30 p.m. EDT / 2:30 p.m. PDT to discuss the results of its fiscal third quarter ending Sept. 27, 2014.
Effective July 1, 2014, AMD changed its segment reporting structure. AMD's two new reportable segments are as follows:
Computing and Graphics segment, which primarily includes desktop and notebook processors and chipsets, discrete GPUs and professional graphics; and
Enterprise, Embedded and Semi-Custom segment, which primarily includes server and embedded processors, dense servers, and semi-custom SoC products, development services and technology for game consoles.
AMD's Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended Sept. 27, 2014 will reflect this new segment reporting structure.
All interested parties will have the opportunity to listen to the real-time audio webcast of the teleconference over the Internet through AMD's Web site at . An archive of the webcast will be available for approximately one year after the conference call.
