Capital Increase of Tantalus Rare Earths AG
Düsseldorf, 12.04.2011 - The board of directors of Tantalus Rare Earths AG
passed a resolution with the approval of the supervisory board on April
11th 2011, that the share capital of the company of currently 2.174.719
EUR, which is divided in 2.174.719 ordinary bearer shares with a nominal
share value of 1,00 EUR, will be raised by up to 200.000 EUR to 2.374.719
EUR by cash deposit.
200.000 new ordinary bearer shares will be issued and do have the right to
participate in any dividends in 2011. The statutory subscription rights are
excluded (clause 4 phrase 6 of the statue). The issue price per share is
1,00 EUR, plus an upcharge of 24,00 EUR, this means 25,00 EUR in total per
share.
The funds of the capital increase will be used to finance the exploration
work of the sub subsidiary Tantalum Rare Earths SARL.

development of rare earth exploration and mining projects outside from
China, mainly focusing on Africa. Administratively, Tantalus Rare Earths AG
