HELMA Eigenheimbau AG makes successful start to 2011 with Q1 orders up 23%
/ HELMA bond already more than 75% placed
Lehrte, April 13, 2011 - HELMA Eigenheimbau AG, the specialist for
individual solid construction houses and sustainable energy concepts,
achieved a consolidated net inflow of new orders (houses and land) of EUR
29.0 million in the first quarter of 2011 (Q1 2010: EUR 23.6 million). This
represents significant year-on-year growth of 23%. The expansion of the
property development business played an important role again in the
continuing good sales trend. The Management Board is also assuming that it
will achieve record order levels over the full year, and significantly
exceed the previous year's figures due to the continuation of good economic
conditions and the HELMA Group's promising overall positioning.
PLACING STATUS OF HELMA BOND ALREADY MORE THAN 75%:
As of April 13, 2011, the placing status of the HELMA bond already stands
at more than EUR 7.5 million. As a consequence, more than 75% of the total
EUR 10 million volume has already been successfully placed. The HELMA bond
can still be subscribed for until June 30, 2011, or until the bond has been
fully placed, by issuing a purchase order with German Securities
Identification Number (WKN) A1E8QQ on the Düsseldorf Stock Exchange through
almost all banks and direct banks. The bond has a five-year maturity, an
attractive fixed coupon of 6.5% per year, and a minimum investment of EUR
1,000. Creditreform Rating AG rated HELMA Eigenheimbau AG with the BBB
investment grade rating, reflecting the company's high degree of solidity
and financial strength.
NOTE CONCERNING THE PUBLICATION OF SALES FIGURES:
The sales figures for the first three months of the 2011 presented above
already include all cancellations received until the day preceding the
publication of this announcement. The previous year's figures are based on
the same reporting date in order to allow optimal comparability.
