CHINA ZONGBAO has agreements with three new customers for sale of organic
fertilizer products earning additional revenue of 1,440,000 Euros in 2011
China Zongbao Clean Tech Limited (ZEC, the Frankfurt Open Market Listed
Company) (the 'Company') has patented technology in China recycling solid
waste to produce high yield organic fertilizers within a record time.
The Company is pleased to announce that it has concluded agreements to
supply and deliver organic fertilizers to three new customers for sale
revenue of 1,440,000 Euros in the current year 2011. The three new
customers are Shenyang Agriculture Inc., Dalian Xinke Agrochemicals Inc.
and Zhejiang Huiduoli Agriculture Chain Company Ltd. This business
development affirms the strong revenue growth path of the Company.
Shenyang Agriculture Inc. is in the business of sales of agricultural
products located in Shenyang with annual revenue exceeding 10 million
Euros. 'With Dalian Xinke Agrochemicals Inc. which traditionally markets
pesticides and fertilizers, we are excited to have such a company with a
significant sales force and market network commit to this new avenue of
marketing and sales of organic fertilizers with China Zongbao' Mr. Wang Li
Rong, Chairman of the Company has remarked. Zhejiang Huiduoli Agriculture
Chain Co. Ltd. is wholly owned by Zhejiang Agriculture Production Group
established in Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province in 2004 with annual revenue
exceeding 10 million Euros. Zhejiang Huiduoli Agriculture Chain Co. Ltd
has more than 100 chain stores. This first order with the Company paves
the future for sale of the Company's fertilizer products with an outlet of
over 100 chain stores in the Zhejiang Province.
