Smart Home Web Developer to use Barix Hardware
for 5,000 Home Mexico Project
LAS VEGAS (NV): LAMBDA TD Software (FRANKFURT, Symbol: XLS, ISIN:
US51327T1051, WKN: A0YJT2) announced today that it will sign a strategic
agreement with Barix AG (USA) to effectively implement LAMBDA's energy
saving home automation solution, starting with the 5,000-home project in
Laguna Del Mar in Northern Mexico. The Laguna Del Mar project incorporates
LAMBDA's LFE(TM) FIVE Home Energy Management Solution to substantially
reduce the energy costs for an entire community of 5,000 luxury homes in
Puerto Penasco, Mexico.
Agreement terms were not disclosed. However, based on the initial numbers,
the agreement should exceed six figures USD. Barix AG (USA) will benefit
from the integration of its Barionet controller technology into LAMBDA TD's
patented LFE(TM) FIVE Smart Home Platform and the introduction of more
Barix manufactured products. Additionally, LAMBDA TD Software is in a
strategic partnership with Silicon Valley web software developer
MyOwnRealEstate.com to create a 'community ecosystem property management
system' that will deliver specialized energy management applications for
utility and residential customers to further enhance LAMBDA TD Software's
creative approach to reduce energy.
LAMBDA's LFE(TM) FIVE Smart Connected Communities projects provide
