Uniserve Signs Industry Leader HealthSpace To $270,000 Service Contract
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 09/23/14 -- Uniserve Communications Corporation (TSX VENTURE: USS) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that HealthSpace Informatics Ltd. has signed a $270,000 service provision contract with the Company and will move all of its internet, co-location, data storage and managed services to Uniserve's upgraded facilities.
HealthSpace is a provider of information and communication management systems for federal, provincial, state and municipal governments. Over the last 12 years, the company has successfully developed web-based applications for large and small organizations that enable the collection of fiscal information, inspection data and approval processes to facilitate automated issuance of permits, fee collection and regulatory management. Clients range in size from small county organizations to state-wide systems with over a thousand users, and national programs. HealthSpace is the largest provider of information management systems for the environmental regulatory sector in Canada and has the single largest installation in the United States.
In the first quarter of the year Uniserve implemented significant upgrades to its core network and systems infrastructure. $750,000 has been invested in the various upgrades and improvements which will allow the Company to expand its service offerings to small, medium and large sized business enterprises throughout North America.
