Unterschleissheim near Munich, April 21, 2011 - IC PropertyOne Asset&Real
Estate Management GmbH, an IC Immobilien Gruppe member company, has taken
over the property management for the current and future assets held by the
'Habona Deutsche Einzelhandelsimmobilien Fonds 01' German retail real
estate investment fund. The property managers of IC will thus be in charge
of all technical and commercial management tasks beginning with the fund's
four big boxes, located in Schweinfurt, Offenbach/Pfalz, Satrup and Kropp
in Germany. The big box portfolio combines currently a gross lettable area
of around 5,000 square metres and a total of 5 tenants.
'We are very much looking forward to showcasing our competence in the
property management segment in our collaboration with Habona,' said Oliver
Priggemeyer, Member of the Board of IC Immobilien Holding AG, as he
commented on the collaboration. Johannes Palla, Managing Partner of Habona,
had this to say about the cooperation between the two companies: 'We have
won a strategic key partner in IC. This will enable us to achieve an
optimal rate of return for the properties we manage.'
