In her new role, Sarah Alvi will be responsible for the financial integrity of Mediative, leading various activities including planning, budgeting, accounting, reporting as well as the Office Project Manager for the company.
Formerly a director in the Transaction Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ms. Alvi guided clients through various transaction processes including the performance of due diligence investigations, post transaction integration, and sell-side consulting services to businesses looking to divest. With both domestic and international experience in buy/sell-side due diligence and post transactional operational support, Ms. Alvi has led large operational and carve-out engagements and managed multi-disciplinary teams.
