Niko Announces Indian Press Reports Indicating Deferral of Decision on Revision of Indian Natural Gas Prices

(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 09/25/14 -- Niko Resources Ltd. ("Niko" or the "Company") (TSX: NKO) announces that press reports in India are indicating that the Cabinet Committee of Economic Affairs of the Government of India ("GOI") has decided to postpone its decision on pricing for domestic gas sales in India by another 45 days to November 15, 2014. The GOI had previously indicated that the decision would be announced by September 30, 2014. The Company has not received official confirmation from the GOI of the decision to postpone.
