Honey Badger Extends Closing Date of Private Placement Financing

(TSX VENTURE: TUF) ("Honey Badger" or the "Company") announces that it is extending the previously announced private placement financing (placement of up to 20,000,000 units ("Units") for gross proceeds of up to $3,000,000) to October 15, 2014. The funds raised will be used to further exploration work and acquire at least a 35-per-cent interest in the Sagar property in Northern Quebec.
