The newexpiration of the TRS agreements is 8 September 2009. The exerciseprice on the agreements is NOK 4,2565 per share. Geveran Trading'sownership in Marine Harvest ASA is unchanged after the extension ofthe TRS agreements. Geveran Trading holds 1,079,632,775 sharesequating to an ownership of 30.2% of the outstanding shares.
