Berlin/Frankfurt, May 4, 2011 - Madison Property AG has completed three
residential real estate projects and handed them over to their new owners
as scheduled in April 2011. With these three new projects completed, the
Chinese real estate developer has completed and sold 17 projects / project
phases since its foundation in 1998.
The first two of the projects, namely Green Bay Phase 1 (Eastern Zone) and
The Villa with Springs Phase 1, are located in the city of Qingdao,
Shandong Province. The third one, Ocean Century Garden Phase 4, is located
in the city of Zibo, Shandong Province. The total saleable gross floor area
(GFA) of all three projects sums up to a total of 125,940 sqm.
'Our revenue target of about EUR 70 million for the financial year
2010/2011, which we have announced during our uplisting process into the
Entry Standard of Frankfurt Stock Exchange, was met', says Qingtong Tian,
