Hemisphere Energy Grants Incentive Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 09/29/14 -- Hemisphere Energy Corporation (TSX VENTURE: HME) announces that it has granted incentive stock options to officers, employees, consultants and directors of the Company entitling them to purchase up to a total of 785,000 shares at an exercise price of $0.65 each, pursuant to the Company's Stock Option Plan for a term of five years and subject to the receipt of the necessary regulatory approvals.
