Regulatory Announcement
The Board of directors of Quash Products plc wishes to respond to the
revised listing rules issued by the Frankfurt Stock Exchange ('the
exchange'), which require companies listed on the Exchange's First
Quotation Board to have a minimum capitalisation of EUR500,000 and a
minimum nominal value of EUR0.10 per share, or to issue a prospectus by
30th September 2011.
The Board is confident that the Company will be fully compliant within the
required timeframe as the Company's capitalisation is currently in excess
of the new minimum limit of EUR500,000 and the Company will propose that
shareholders approve a resolution to consolidate the nominal value from£0.025 per share to£0.10 per share if necessary to comply with the new
minimum of EUR0.10.
However, it is anticipated that this will not be required as the Company is
preparing a Prospectus, which is expected to be submitted and approved by
the relevant regulatory authorities by 30th September 2011.
