Information provided by the Executive Board of Turbon AG Concerning the
Voting Rights Notification Published as of April 29, 2011, According to
Section 26, Subsection 1, of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG)
The NCR Group notified Turbon AG that the former crossed the threshold of
30% of the voting rights in Turbon AG. The particular companies of the NCR
Group (NCR GmbH, Augsburg, Germany and NCR Corporation, Duluth,
Georgia/USA) have been exempted by the German Federal Financial Supervisory
Authority (BaFin) from making a mandatory offer. NCR GmbH announced this
exemption in German language under www.dgap.de on May 5, 2011.
