CANADA ZINC METALS closes Non-Brokered Private Placements - First Trnache
(firmenpresse) - CANADA ZINC METALS CLOSES NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENTS - FIRST TRANCHE
Canada Zinc Metals Corp., further to its news release dated Sept. 26, 2014, has received final TSX Venture Exchange acceptance for closing the first tranche of the non-brokered private placement, which consists of 1,955,090 flow-through common shares of the company at a price of 55 cents per flow-through share for total gross proceeds of $1,075,299.
The shares issued are subject to a resale restriction expiring on Jan. 30, 2015.
The company paid $43,012 as a finder's fee to Secutor Capital Management Corp.
The TSX Venture Exchange has neither approved nor disapproved the contents of this press release.
