Kenna Announces Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/01/14 -- Kenna Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE: KNA) ("Kenna" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that it intends to undertake a non-brokered private placement to raise up to $420,000.01 through the issuance of 3,652,174 Units at a price of $0.115 per Unit. Each unit is comprised of one common share and one half of one transferable share purchase warrant, each whole warrant entitling the holder to acquire one Kenna common share at an exercise price of $0.25 for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance. The financing will be available to qualified accredited investors in Ontario, British Columbia and Alberta.
All securities issued in connection with the private placement will be subject to a four month "hold period" under applicable securities legislation and the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
Kenna will use the proceeds of this offering for general corporate purposes.
The offering remains subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
