Management for Nine Assets Owned by IM Properties

Unterschleissheim near Munich, May 12, 2011 - IC PropertyOne Asset und Real
Estate Management GmbH, a company belonging to IC Immobilien Gruppe, took
over the property management for a total of nine assets belonging to
British investor IM Properties. IC PropertyOne has taken charge both of the
technical and the commercial property management as well as of the letting
services at all nine of these properties.
In addition, IC PropertyOne's area of responsibility will also include the
centre management for the client's shopping centres in Dresden and Wittlich
and for a retail park in Gera. The portfolio, which also includes logistics
properties, is managed by the nationwide network of IC Immobilien Gruppe
branches and benefits from the decentralised positioning of IC PropertyOne
and its principle of quick decision-making processes.
Overall, IC has thus taken over the management of more than 114,000 square
metres of lettable area and a current rent roll of 71 tenants. The
management agreement signed for a three-year term. 'We have been impressed
with how proactive and organised they have been and expect our tenants to
benefit from the positive approach IC Group are showing to the management
of our properties', says Tim Wooldridge, Managing Director of IM Properties
PLC.
