Monarques: Filing of the Croinor Gold Prefeasibility Study
(firmenpresse) - QUEBEC CITY, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 10/02/14 -- MONARQUES RESOURCES INC. ("Monarques" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: MQR)(FRANKFURT: MR7) is pleased to announce that it plans to file a prefeasibility study on its Croinor Gold Property on or about October 17, 2014 (the "Technical Report").
The Corporation is currently assessing various opportunities that would allow it to develop the potential of the Croinor Gold Property.
To this end, the Corporation filed on August 15, 2014 an annual information form on Sedar (the "AIF") and a notice of intention to be qualified to file a short form prospectus on August 19, 2014. The Autorite des marches financiers has advised the Corporation that it considered the information on the Croinor Gold Property and contained in the AIF to be incomplete with regards to National Instrument 51-102 respecting Continuous Disclosure Obligations. The Autorite des marches financiers also requested that the technical and scientific information contained in the Technical Report be summarized in the AIF, in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 respecting Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects.
Monarques will file an Amended Annual Information Form incorporating the new information along with the Technical Report.
