Nutroganics (NUTT) to Announce Q3 Results the Week of November 15
(firmenpresse) - BETHESDA, MD -- (Marketwired) -- 10/02/14 -- Nutroganics, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NUTT) ("Nutroganics") announces that it plans to announce its 2014 third quarter operating results during the week of November 15, 2014.
David Sackler, Nutroganics' President & CEO, said, "As part of our ongoing plan to increase disclosure and guidance to our shareholders, starting this quarter we plan to include a statement of cash flow and notes to financial statements, a necessary step to removing the yield sign from our stock on We will continue to move toward increasing disclosure and guidance as Nutroganics grows as a public company. Management further announces that NUTT expects its revenue will exceed $2.3 million for the third quarter. Based on current favorable trends, the Company is also raising its revenue guidance for the second half of 2014 from $4.0 million to $4.3 million and its 2015 guidance from $9.5 million to $10.0 million. The Company reiterates its guidance that it believes it will become EBITDA profitable by November 2014 and net income positive by February 2015.
