Duncastle Extends Completion Date for Wellgreen Area PGM-Ni-Cu Acquisitions

("Duncastle" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: DUN)(FRANKFURT: 5D3) announced today that it has signed a letter agreement with Ashburton Ventures Inc. (TSX VENTURE: ABR) and Denali Resources Ltd. to extend the deadline for completion of a formal agreement per the binding Letter of Intent announced June 23, 2014 to November 15, 2014.
