Rich media mobile advertising for mobile browser and iOS, Android and
Windows Phone 7 applications

Berlin, 18th May 2011 - Since its launch in September 2010, the YOC Ad Plus
has been more successful than any other mobile advertising format on the
market. Now, this emotional and interactive advertising format can also be
used on mobile browsers and runs cross-platform on iOS, Android and Windows
Phone 7 applications, which adds another distinctive feature to the format.
This convinced Ford to use YOC Ad Plus for the latest Ford Focus campaign.

When it comes to mobile advertising, advertisers have two major objectives:
to emotionalise their advertising message and to ensure maximum reach. Many
advertisers count on the development of advertising formats for Apple's
iPhone and iPad. But they reach only a small part of their target group,
since just 22 % of all mobile web users in Europe use the iOS. Customised
advertising formats need to be developed for all devices to maximise the
coverage. This strategy, however, is costly in terms of time and money and
rather inefficient.

The YOC Ad Plus developed by Europe's leading mobile technology and media
provider in September last year is a platform-independent advertising
format, which is now available for all devices with the following operating
systems: Apple's iOS, Google's Android and Microsoft's Windows Phone 7.
Besides applications, the ad format can now be used on mobile browsers -
thus advertisers can reach all mobile internet users. Thanks to YOC Ad
Plus, advertisers have the possibility to individually combine different
interactive elements to communicate with their customers and to benefit
from addressable delivery of their advertising messages to mobile devices




due to unique targeting options. Over 20 YOC customers have used the new
product already, e.g. BlackBerry, Continental, Deutsche Bahn, Postbank,
Peugeot and Austrian Airlines.

When the user clicks on the special YOC Ad Plus ad format, it covers the
entire display of the mobile phone, turning it an emotionalised multi-media
application. Rich media elements enable user interaction. Advertisers
attract more attention and enthusiasm from customers and generate higher
recall values. YOC was able to gain Ford as a partner to launch the latest
Ford Focus campaign. The campaign was created by Wunderman and media
planning was handled by Mindshare.

'About 26 % of the mobile phone users in Europe use their mobile phone for
internet access. The YOC Ad Plus reaches all users due to cross-platform
enabling', says YOC CEO Dirk Kraus. 'The YOC Media Network, which includes
more than 250 European premium publishers, can offer the necessary
coverage. The YOC Ad Plus is also an efficient, emotional and interactive
way for advertisers to raise awareness and generate enthusiasm among
customers for their products and brands.'
