CSE: 2014-1006 - Consolidation - Innovative Properties Inc. (INR)
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 10/07/14 -- Innovative Properties Inc. (INR) has announced its intention to consolidate its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of one (1) new share for three (3) old shares. Any fractional share remaining after giving effect to the aforementioned consolidation that is less than one-half of one share shall be deemed to be cancelled and each fractional share that is at least one-half of one share shall be deemed to be changed to one whole share.
As a result, the outstanding common shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 6,414,964.
The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis and with a new CUSIP number on Wednesday, October 8th. The name and symbol will not change.
Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business today, October 7, 2014. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.
