Produced Water Solutions PLC ('FRA-PWS') a technology driven, waste water

announced it has received new orders for multiple Produced Water to Frac
Water mobile treatment and recycling units.
Produced Water Solutions provides innovative technologies and services for
the Treatment of Hydraulic Fracturing Fluids and Produced Waters, offering
its proven, cost effective and environmentally sound water treatment and
management solutions to producers of Oil, Natural Gas and Coal Bed Natural
Gas ('CBNG') energy resources in the global marketplace. The new units are
scheduled for delivery and deployment during June 2011.
