Talvivaara Mining Company Plc ("Talvivaara" or the "Company") will announce its
January - September 2014 interim results on Wednesday 26 November 2014 at
approximately 7:00 am UK / 9:00 am Finland. The date of announcement is
postponed from the earlier given date of 29 October 2014.
Talvivaara and the Administrator for the Company and its operating subsidiary
Talvivaara Sotkamo Ltd's corporate reorganisations, Mr. Pekka Jaatinen, will
host a joint conference call relating to the Company's recent events and the

Talvivaara Mining Company is an internationally significant base metals producer
with its primary focus on nickel and zinc using a technology known as
bioheapleaching to extract metals out of ore. Bioheapleaching makes extraction
of metals from low grade ore economically viable. The Talvivaara deposits
