Quarterly financial progress updates to provide maximum transparency
LAS VEGAS (NV): LAMBDA TD Software Inc. (FRANKFURT, Symbol: XLS, ISIN:
US51327T1051, WKN: A0YJT2) today announced financial results for the first
quarter of 2011, ended March 31, 2011. LAMBDA reported revenue of $444,736
for the first quarter, with gross profit of $415,894, and is well on track
to reach its 2011 gross profit forecast of $2,200,000.
Robert M. Corcoran, CEO of LAMBDA TD Software, comments, 'I am pleased to
report that our results beat expectations for the 1st quarter that is
typically a low-revenue period for construction projects. This quarter's
net income of $292,126 puts us as ahead of schedule to reach our financial
objectives for 2011. With the 5,000-unit Laguna Del Mar development
project, which we have signed in winter 2010 and which has started
construction in February this year, LAMBDA expects to generate revenues of
more than $600,000 this year just on installations for this project alone.
The monthly subscriber service that is the actual center piece of LAMBDA's
revenue model will then start generating additional revenue from each
subscribing home owner on an ongoing basis, what will help multiplying our
financial results for next year.' LAMBDA charges each user a monthly
subscriber fee of between $24.99 and $49.99, depending on the level of
connectivity and smart home automation service provided for an energy
saving lifestyle.
LAMBDA is also aggressively extending its pipeline of new deals in the USA.
New projects are currently under negotiation with major developers in
California such as MBK Homes and FivePoints Community LLC which represent
10,000 new residential homes in the next few years. LAMBDA will also sign a
new contract for the 200-unit luxury condominium Mira Villa Homes project
in Las Vegas (Nevada) to implement LAMBDA's energy saving smart home
automation solution.
In order to provide investors with maximal transparency, LAMBDA TD Software
also announced that it will provide quarterly financial progress updates
with financial results to be published twice a year and therefore align its
financial reporting policy with Deutsche Boerse's higher standard
transparency requirements of the Entry Standard, rather than the zero
disclosure requirement standard of Deutsche Boerse's First Quotation Board.
