Private Equity Holding AG (PEH) informs that the cancellation of 325,000
registered shares which was approved by the shareholders at the Annual General
Meeting on July 4, 2014, has been registered by the commercial register on
September 22, 2014. The exchange adjustment will be made on September 25, 2014.
From that date on, the listed share capital of the Company consists of
3,100,000 registered shares with a par value of CHF 6 each.
As a result of the cancellation, the shareholder group Alpha Associates, which
comprises the management and former members of the management of Alpha
Associates AG will hold more than 25% of the Company's shares and the Company's
holding of its own shares will reduce to below 3%.
