Hirschau, 25th May, 2011 - SiC Processing GmbH, the leading provider for
the conditioning of used slurry from the photovoltaic and semiconductor
industry announces its audited financial results 2010.
Total net revenues increased from EUR 100,312,000 in 2009 to EUR
160,872,000 in 2010. By geography and location of customers this means -
Germany EUR 27,300,000 (2009 EUR 21,300,000), rest of Europe EUR 85,800,000
(2009 EUR 51,700,000) and rest of world EUR 47,800,000 (2009 EUR
27,300,000). Cashflow could be increased by EUR 21,395,000
to EUR 44,425,000 in 2010. The Group reached EBITDA EUR 51,285,000 in 2010
compared to EUR 26,008,000 in 2009.
With a production capacity of 215,000 tons per year which means 5,4GW
installation, SiC Processing is represented in 5 countries all over the
world at the end of 2010. Production sites are located in Germany, China,
Norway, Italy and USA. In 2010 SiC Processing was able to enhance its
worldwide market share of 40% for the recovering and recycling of used
sawing suspension. Further expansion plans of the company indicate an
increase of 100 % in production capacities to 400,000 tons per year
worldwide by end of 2012.
